Start each Wednesday at 7:15 am with a complimentary, energizing guided jog along the waterfront. We will meet at the front entrance of the hotel and jog along the seawall/spirit trail. This easy-paced 3 km round-trip route is designed for all fitness levels and takes approximately 35 minutes. Finish up with a complimentary coffee to go courtesy of the Seaside Provisions Restaurant.
